This is totally uncool! I went to brush my teeth. Well, usually I brush my retainer first. I'm brushing it like usual and one of the metal wires breaks out of the plastic! This is not good at all! You have no idea how true that is. I've been thinking alot about it recently. I really need to get my teeth fixed. I should go to my old dentist and see if he can give me some advice about it.
