I had some poinsettias that survived for more than a year, but now there's just this cute little one from last Christmas. Next to it is my waxed Amaryllis that flowered earlier this year. I'm still waiting for this green stalk to open!

Every year I hope that some of my christmas poinsettia will survive past the holidays. These two are doing well so far!

The first one is in a really tiny pot. I've noticed that they seem to like the smaller containers. I just need to keep an eye on it so it doesn't dry out.

I still have one Poinsettia that I bought in December last year.

It's hard to tell from the picture, but it's a very small plant. The pot is 3 inches wide and the plant is 6 inches tall. Very cute. :)

No red leaves, but it nice and green and healthy!

Last December, I bought two poinsettias. And they both have new green growth, but there's still some of the original red leaves. This pic was taken at the end of July, and it's lost a few more leaves since then, but it amazes me that there's any red leaves left!

Today's the 4th of July, but I dream of a cooler holiday, cause it's so hot here! Here's my Christmas Poinsettia.. not as lush as it was back in December, but still doing ok. And some of the leaves are still red!
