Next Saturday will be our 1/2 year semiversary. I think we're doing well. We've started going for walks after work, just so we can talk about whatever because of the stress and frustration I've been feeling. That is very good. Another thing that's good is venting here because I think it helps me talk to him when the opportunity presents itself. A million thank yous to everyone who reads, writes and contributes to this journal business. I think it's keeping me sane.

Medical stuff is still wonky. In addition to the general discomfort with which I am wrestling, Jon and I were smashed into on Sunday night by a drunk driver. We are mostly unhurt, just shaken and bruised hither and thither with some jarring that has exacerbated some existing problems I was having. But that guy went to jail. I felt kind of bad for him because I don't like to see bad things happen to people but it was his choice to drink before getting behind the wheel. I'm sure he wishes as much as I do that he'd made a different choice.

Huzbeastie gave me that new ring today. It's BEAUTIFUL. We decided on a band of dancing blue sapphires. I call them dancing because they are in a zigzag pattern and they really look like they are dancing around the tiny non-conflict diamonds. It's perfect because it's unique and pretty and he still got a great deal on it!

I am two tests away from becoming a Certified Wedding Consultant. It's probably the first project of the sort that I have followed through on. I am even still interested in that career. My graphic designer is working on my website and, once Faire is done, I'll be resuming classes with the Small Business Administration so that I can develop my business very smoothly. The Haynies are making a plan on how to go from well employed to self employed in a few years. I don't want to grow too quickly, lest the business crash and burn. We are both doing well at our present jobs and loving them. I hope to remain at mine for several years to come. It's so neat being a part of a company that is so deeply established yet still growing and improving. I've even been instrumental in creating some new presentations that have completely changed the way our annual meetings are conducted. I LOVE this show!

Well, that's all of the interesting for now. I've got to go feed the damndogs. You guys have a great night and again, Thank you!
