I just made a tasty winter salad that I thought I'd share. Of course, it's yum quotient may have been boosted by my body's extreme craving for vegetables. Just saying.
You will need:
- pre-washed baby spinach
- chopped grilled chicken
- crumbled blue cheese
- very thinly sliced shallots
- bite size pieces of canned pears
- chopped walnuts
