[Introduction - Enter the Baron]
On the lawns just outside the mansion appears what seems to be an oddly shaped but contained fire. It is boxy and, strangely, begins to fade almost as soon as it appears - ash and embers floating off into the air and vanishing.
Eventually a man can be seen within this phantom fire. He is crouched and huddled as if protecting himself from the blaze. Thanks to the mansion's good graces when he unfurls and looks around he is unsinged and unhurt.
With some confusion he straightens up, standing to full height and automatically brushing down his expensive suit, free of the now non-existant remnants of the fire. Well dressed, he looks like he's going to the opera - or just come from one.
A wary, cautious expression remains on his face but his manner is calm as he takes a step forward toward the mansion's door.
