[Open] Such a tragic fairy tale

Dec 17, 2010 18:14

Out in the clearing by the lake, there walks a lone knight. For those who do not know Sir Tristan de Lyonesse, a prince of Cornwall and Britanny, he looks, very likely, like a lone ranger.

His heart has been heavy, burdened by the knowledge of his renewed solitude, but the magic nature of the Manse has made his own rationalizations easier to accept.

He's looked, high and low. He came to the conclusion that she had gone, and though the world will not be the same, the filter's effect has waned and the good knight is melancholy, but alive. Resigned to accept what has come to pass.

And that is why, wrapped in a long cloak of dark grays and greens, he wanders the Mansion grounds' white expanse - in search, perhaps, for a measure of serenity.

[OOC: So, open post is open, he needs a chance to brood about his disappeared lady, and there were also discussions of story-telling with dragons?  ^^

Typist will be slow as she is still on slowatus, but I had time to write it now so here's the post!]
