Marvel writer Al Ewing confirmed that Loki is bisexual and will occasionally shift between genders as well.

Good to see Marvel's Loki actually getting closer to Norse Mythology Loki. (Best comment on ze interwebs: "Call me when he sleeps with a horse.")
