Yesterday was the last day of school for the 2008-2009 school year. Now we get a week off before starting the summer school program. I'm not quite finished with my checkout forms, but all I need is my final room and book inventory stuff. I had a lovely time at my big brother's home for Thanksgiving. Ate too much, of course, but that's what one does at Thanksgiving, right? At least I didn't raise my blood sugar overmuch (a little high on Friday night, but that was the ice cream's fault ( Read more... )

I had a wonderful weekend! I was able to get away from it all and attend an SCA crown tourney. I got a bit sunburnt, but considering I wasn't wearing sunscreen, it's not too bad. I was able to take shelter under an awning for most of the day.
