Still no word on the computer. I keep speedreading my flist and answering mail during the day and saving links to everything I'll want to download later. Woe. If I don't get it for the weekend I may cry. (Or not, but at least I'll complain a lot.)

I like them for the music (I like the pop/rock/punk combination), the cuteness, the way they're ridiculously touchy-feely with each other and the fact that there's a lot of good fic around. Also, most of them have some kind of connection to each other that makes for excellent crossover potential. The associated drama however is both strangely fascinating and tiring. I have to admit my ignorance when it comes to 70s punk bands but I guess these boys might seem like a watered-down version compared to them. *g*

I don't think you need to worry about that. I mean, I'm supposed to be one of the kids today and I'm still baffled about a lot of them. It's just these particular boys that strike my fancy. ;)
