Stay Clear of the Brown Pumpkin Seeds

Had a couple of pleasant dreams last night, and one that cheesed me off.
#1) Me and Cait met Paul McCartney, and got to hang out with him and his new kid.
#2)Mike came back from 1985 in his DeLorian. It was Back To The Futurized, and I drove it around town.
#3)Loon News Editor Mike Sortino hung huge banners of pages from the new issue off the roof of buildings at a Harvard-like college. We were promoting it, but he didn’t have a banner made of the page with my toons on it. That cheesed me off. I wanted to see my strip blown up to the size of a city bus. I asked his girlfriend why and she told me because I just turned it in yesterday. Well, that cheesed me off more. Mike used to give me his "LN7" while I was on my way to Kwik Kopy back in the ‘80s and I STILL got his stuff in 3 seconds before I’d copy the issue! I do so much more for him than he does for me. Then Mike spent most of his time blowing me off and hanging around with his shiny new college friends Al Franken.

My mom said it’s the pumpkin seeds making me crazy. Don’t nobody tell me otherwise! I’m choosing to believe that. The further away I get from my last fistful of pumpkin seeds the less terrified I feel. Had my last seeds Monday night (was the only thing I had before I went to bed) feeling some lingering terror, but not as bad as it had been.
I cooked the seeds from my kick-ass Herman-Munster-carved pumpkin Saturday night. Started to feel some terror creep in then. Sunday I ate most of the bowl and that was the worst day.
So, I’m pumpkin seed intolerant. That bites. Besides Thanksgiving dinner, deserts, and snacks, pumpkin seeds are my favorite November treat.

Just saw a picture of Letterman's new baby. He has the same hairline as Dave.
