SUMMARY: Misusing Tony's building. Not cool, bro. Not cool.
FORMAT: Paragraph!
Tony was a pretty level man. He normally let his buildings be run by the hired landlords, and only kept a cursory eye towards the books, ensuring that he wasn't being cheated, and nor were any bad practices going on. He normally hired good men, but even he wasn't perfect, and people were generally unpredictable. He'd chosen to drive this day, and he arrived not to intimidate a bad man to stop cheating his books, but because the poor man was having no end of trouble with one of the newer tenets.
Apparently he was trashing the place, and no end to the loud noise was driving the other renters crazy. Not to mention he hadn't even paid the rent, or signed a contract.
That meant that the man who owned the building needed to instill the fear of god into the man, and he wouldn't deny that he was curious. He could have called the cops, but he always felt it was better to deal with things himself. Tony Stark was a smart, smart man. He was also a damn good hacker, and he normally tried to keep the people that he found either interesting or dangerous on notice. Suffice it to say, he was rather surprised when he found that the noisy tenet was one of his newest interests in the city. Was it creepy? Sure, but he was also a man who was used to keeping tabs on the Superhuman Community, and his time back home had left his memories of his job and power fresh in his mind. In the city, he didn't have it, but old habits did die hard.
Therefore, dressed in a suit that cost more than anyone in the building payed for rent, he knocked on the door. This was going to be interesting.
