WARNINGS: um. we'll see.
SUMMARY: Birthday party! For a sort-of birthday! Kiryu is now 23 oh god. There will be drinking and dancing and mingling and cake. Anyone in Hell Towers can assume Kiryu mentioned this affair sometime in the last week with an implied open invitation. Any one who maybe saw him mention it to Geddoe is welcome too. Or if you're just there.

His second birthday in the City (well, third, technically, but he'd completely forgotten about it the first time until months later). He'd be lying if he said he'd expected to be here this long, although it had started to seem like the longer a person was here, the more likely they were to stay.
Regardless, it was definitely a reason to celebrate. He might have been saying no one had to make a big deal out of it, but he really did love the attention. And he really loved that he still had friends around to celebrate with. Even though Saitou wasn't here...well, Saitou wouldn't have wanted to come even if he were.
And Saitou wouldn't have wanted him to keep moping about him either. So for now, he was just going to have a good time with his friends and hope his friends had a good time too.
