That's a really good report, Roxanne. I'm glad you're not as worried about us now.
I figured out how to get Choco out from the Porter room; it turns out the Porter lets me summon him for a couple of hours a day. It's a bit weird, but I guess that's the Porter's way of coping with him.

And it's not just that the population fluctuates -- it's convincing the minors that they need care or help, which isn't easy even when they don't have superpowers, or establishing relationships of trust when they've been betrayed by the system before.
There's a lot of difficult things here, that need to be looked at.
