Okay, I'm sitting here at the Russian Tea Room and I have to say, the motif is a little too fancy for the working man's budget. The greens, reds and golds do make a remarkable impression along with the flow artwork of the Faberge style decor and acid etched dancing bears in the glass partitions, the atmosphere is certainly noteworthy as enjoyable. [That makes Sheldon laugh.]

Fifty dollars a plate or more, huh? I'm almost ashamed to admit I've eaten at places like that from time to time. But if it's for good food... well, I'm honestly torn. Sounds interesting, though.

For a guy with your social standing and class since your able to afford going to places like this regularly, wouldn't you prefer someplace with a lot more class? Seems to me that the Russian Tea Room is banking on their popularity more than the food which should be the main attraction and not for the tourism.

The good thing is that it's right down the street for Carnegie Hall so all in all, it's got its good points.

It's better to cook at home anyway. It's much cheaper and you know what you're making.
