[5th Bust] Tequila and lime (Voice)

Okay, I'm sitting here at the Russian Tea Room and I have to say, the motif is a little too fancy for the working man's budget. The greens, reds and golds do make a remarkable impression along with the flow artwork of the Faberge style decor and acid etched dancing bears in the glass partitions, the atmosphere is certainly noteworthy as enjoyable. [That makes Sheldon laugh.]

Gotta bitch about something and it's not exactly a waste of time. You see, I get in for free at these places when they think I'm important.

[Oh god, the hilarity!!]

Ca-vee-are. It's unfertilized fish eggs normally from a sturgeon called roe. Depending on the color, texture and taste not to mention the roe from the fish, could range anywhere in price from six dollars an ounce to five hundred dollars an ounce. Not exactly something that I would call midnight snackage.

The most popular is called Beluga and it's generally a reddish color.

Hell, even the animal meat I'm seein' is all processed, and packaged, an' shit. Ain't natural.

No it's not. It's pasteurized, packages with, oh and get this, with methane, a poison to humans to keep the meat looking red longer, and they put it in plastic where more contaminates reach the food supply. The government approves of this by saying it's sanitary for human consumption and sadly, an animal won't even touch the shit.

Me? I prefer my food freshly prepared meaning that it's got to be from a fresh kill. Sometimes adaptation takes over and gotta deal with what I can get.

Sounds like a little population control at work.

And, I'd want ta hunt my own dinner. I dunno about animals, and shit, since all I see in this city is those pigeon-things, but there's gotta be a better way to live than getting methane poisoning cuz ya feel like a steak.

That's exactly what hunting really is. In a city like this where there's no deer to hunt or ducks for that matter, unless you go to Central Park to catch a goose during the migratory season, places like Wal-Mart start to look pretty good. I think this city is way too fucking crowded. I still won't eat the beef.

So in times of disaster when food items aren't imported in from other cities, I'm kinda curious how "Twinkies" will manage to survive.
