Addendum to file on Ms. Lua Klein:
What a complicated young lady we are dealing with! She has proven more desperate to leave than we anticipated, and more driven by emotion. Her self-destructive impulses are very strong; she attacked one of the most dangerous, unstable and vengeful men we have identified thus far, then left him alive to seek revenge. I strongly suspect that suicidal ideation will follow, if it has not already. The opportunity to observe her Warden has not yet arisen, but I suspect that she is not being adequately handled. It is somewhat tragic, given that she has great potential, that I am not allowed to act as counselor to her or anyone else on this...vessel. I believe that twice-weekly counseling coupled by a strong mood stabilizer would work wonders for her. But given the apathy and disorganization of the Wardens I suspect that she will go untreated in any fashion whatsoever.

"The world is a dangerous place to live; not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don't do anything about it."
Albert Einstein.
I believe that this quotation applies to the Barge even more than it applies to home. Who among us has not observed the combination of apathy and disorganization that prevents adequate responses to disruptive, damaging or, dare I say, downright evil acts? No one, I expect. Those most guilty of it are, ironically enough, those who are attempting to set a moral standard for the rest of us.
Tell me, dear Wardens, how many of your fellows are guilty of either the apathy, or the evil? And as this is so clearly the case, what business do any of those guilty parties have trying to redeem anyone?
