How's this weekend sound?
We had a Dr. appointment yesterday. Of course my obstetrician is gone until Aug 16, so I had to go to someone else. At least I know it is someone my Dr. trusts. He was really nice though. He said that more than likely we'll be having the baby this weekend. Ap[parently the way it will work is that I'll go in for my fetal assessment and have the amnio Friday morning. We'll have the results by early afternoon. They will then let whoever is on call for my Dr. know that we are ready to induce. They'll call labour floor and get everything all set up. He said it could be as early as Friday night. But, will probably be Saturday or Sunday. AHHHHH!!!! This is soon. I think we'll be missing Robby and Lisa's wedding, which is kinda sad cause we really wanted to go but I guess there is no better excuse than having a baby!! So, now we're working our asses off trying to get everything done and ready around here. We thought we had a little longer anyway. So, here we are painting and putting furniture together and washing tiny little clothes and well freaking out!! I'm hoping everything goes smoothly. We'll let you all know how things go. But, just thought you would like to go that it's probably going to happen this weekend!!
