It takes 4 D Batteries?

Graco. This may not mean anything or very little to those of you who aren't around babies or kids or whatever...but to mean, Graco means God. Well, BabyGod. Graco makes a whole line of infant stuff...carseats, strollers, swings, etc. We have a bunch of BabyGod in our apt. And right now, our sweet little Emma is being pushed by BabyGod's little helpers BabyAngels. You may know them as 4 D batteries. See, my mom's coworkers bought Emma a babyswing. The swing has 6 speeds, plays 15 songs, and has a timer. Emma is asleep and loves the songs it plays...I know most of them which surprised me. Oh, she does hate 'You Are My Sunshine' though, and I remember distinctly hating that song when I was little too b/c Joe used to sing it at the top of his lungs just to piss me off. Really wierd that she hates it too...she started screaming. Other than that song, she seems content. And thank BabyGod man...I got to straighten up the apt.

Thunder is this weekend. Emma is supposed to go to BMB's grandma and grandpa's. I don't really want to leave her anywhere anymore b/c ppl just constantly hold her and she gets used to and then BMB and I have to desensitize her to human contact b/c sometimes, like at 2:43am for no apparent reason, you can't be held. YOu just can't. Mommy and Daddy need sleep. No dirty diaper? Not hungry? 2:43am? Okay, maybe once or twice...but ever since we left TH? Nope. We love you, but we end up snapping at anything that moves. Yep, anything. So anyway, yeah, Emma to Janet and John's, us to the Waterfront, and hopefully we won't be deaf and exhausted after this weekend. :) Oh, and Ambs and Dave are coming! Woohoo!
