Fiances and Gas

Matthew Moser, my big brother, passed away on April 16, 2003. Probably one of the most memorable and painful days of my life. Two years later, my boyfriend Brandon is holding our almost one-month old daughter Emma as I'm clearing out her baby crib for her first night of sleeping alone in her room. We had been keeping lots of presents and stuffed animals in there. Anyway, I came across a little porcelain box trimmed in platinum w/ a little bow on top. I thought someone had came to the apt. w/ another gift for Emma while we had been in TH. I asked, 'What's this?' Brandon said, 'I don't know, open it.' So I opened it and there was a ring w/ a note that said, 'Mommy, will you marry Daddy?' Two years to a very sad day in my life, one of the happiest days of my life occurred. Thanks to my love and in the presence of my little girl. Matthew is still watching over me.

Now, I love Brandon. No doubt about it. The kid's got some gas issues though, and I believe he passed them on to our little girl. See, she's hilarious...she'll have this huge grin on her face, gums showing, eyes squinty, and I'll think, Yay!!! She's smiling for real!!!! How awesome!!! Then comes this heinous fart that should never come out of such a small little person, let alone, such a small little GIRL. I mean, I fart, girls fart, everyone farts...but holy cow. I was just looking at her in her bouncy seat. She had slept for about 15 mins and had just awoke w/ a big grin. I thought, like I always do, this is it! She's learning to smile! Nope, long fart followed the adorable grin.

And now I'm going to take Emma to Cherokee Park, she will see where Mommy and Daddy are going to get married. Vic and I are going together :) Adios, we are out! xoxoxo
