I don't post much, but work has a nice new exercise room. I've been running off and on for a little while now. Usually I just quick start and set some speeds as I see fit and run 1-2 miles. Today, I was poking around at other options, and started a5k.

I just finished a 30:08 (treadmill) 5k. woot!

I've been running the "couch to 5k" running program.  Since I had been running before I started, I skipped ahead to week 3.  Around a week ago, I stopped running because my legs were perennially tight.  Sleeping on the floor and not running seems to have fixed it, though.  Today, I started up again (I restarted week 6), and I finished a 5k.  I didn ( Read more... )

Well, I got off my lazy butt and joined Ed for some 5K action. The race was nice and small, and the weather was good, which was really nice (70ish, with a little bit of drizzle).
