I don't post much, but work has a nice new exercise room. I've been running off and on for a little while now. Usually I just quick start and set some speeds as I see fit and run 1-2 miles. Today, I was poking around at other options, and started a5k.
I just finished a 30:08 (treadmill) 5k. woot!
