Well, since I haven't updated since Ive gotten back from school, here are a collection of funny things that have happened, or interesting things I've learned or thought about.
- There are no squirrels in Egypt.
- There may be squirrels in a national forest in northern Jordan.
- "There is no need to bitch about Arabic." (direct quote from my Arabic professor)
- "Nessa is a bitch." (direct quote from Tommy)
- The word bitch is funny when spoken by incongruous people.
- I do not know how to use the word incongruous correctly.
- I like warm weather better than cold weather.
- mmm...daffodils...tossing their heads in sprightly dance, or something like that.
- According to my Arabic professor, I should teach my grandmother Arabic over the summer.
- RENT is the most wonderful thing ever; well, not really, but is my current musical obsession, which means it is stuck in my head constantly.
- I have WAY too much history reading to do, that I should be doing instead of writing a pointless LJ entry.
- I really hate the psychology Ppool, and should have signed up earlier. beautiful_rain_, don't even say anything. :-P
- I want to buy an iPod, but do not know how to go about doing that.
- It is extraordinarily difficult to get in touch with my eyedoctor, who is apparently working in a different building every day of the week.
- I have run out of thigs to say.
