a quickie
The new store is far from great. There's a lot of work to be done there. It's a mess. No other way to put it. Operationaly everything is pretty much screwed. The staff isn't properly trained. UHG! So, lot's of fixing to do. I guess that explains the huge salary increase. hahaha!
I'm not stressing too much about what needs to be done. I have 3 key items to address. Everything else will eventually fall into place over time. As for those key items; I hope to have those in order over the course of the next 2 months. I think that's adequate time to hire/fire/train staff, organize the stock room(it's AWFUL) and ensure our new lines run smoothly. Plenty of time to work out the kinks. The who knows...I may be off to fix another store. We'll see.
