Today was my first visit with a district manager as store manager.  She is currently our acting DM while Nancy is out with apparently a very severe illness.  So anyway, she thought the store was absolutely beautiful(and it is).   She gave me some great ideas about out to make my stock room more efficient.  It's not a mess now, we're just over
