Mostly good ( pressruns til went to help NSG as he went to the bathroom and saw that my greenlights were due to his turning off the air to the machine, aka MAJOR infraction and saw D chewing his ass out in TBB's office and wished I was a fly on that wall as did Nick and a few others who smirked and mouthed 'damn' and 'oh shit'. 10 minutes later, he came back and said sorry and I was like D didn't even ask me if I turned the air off, let alone get mad or say anything to me about me. Then watched D get into w/ Bob over not wanting to give Keira a break or something...whew!
I then helped Andrew stack carts and do the Saturday skids. My treats today were iffy. My Cheesy O's tasted dry and weird cotton mouth after taste but idk if it's due to the low sodium ( 11%), quinoa or oats or all 3. I hope the Parmesan ones end up not having the same end result: 25%-35% in the trash. My beef sticks were better as were my Paleo cookies.
I didn't have my logged in lunch today but opted for our Holiday lunch/ raffle of pulled pork, Italian beef sandwiches, cheesy potatoes and sodas. A lot of ppl in Production won gift cards and IceHogs Tix. My number got called 2nd to last! I won 4 Tix to the IceHogs game next Saturday and food is included! Then as I am getting my bike, Nick comes over and says his winning raffle of AMC Tix/ food won't do him any good, do I want them and Merry Christmas too! I was like wow, awesome! My Mom asked if M could come Saturday and I w/o thinking said yeah but am now rethinking it, but maybe it won't be so bad...
My upstairs neighbors are causing major problems still, from taking up ALL of our 3 trashcans to parking in the driveway not far enough so our car is an inch from the sidewalk to backed up pipes to their kids literally stomping all throughout the upstairs all day and night( til 11PM). Today was the last straw though as sewage and TP came through our bath tub from upstairs as well as hearing that the kids were stomping around at 1 AM ( I know it took me an hour to try to sleep) and my Mom went up there to say wtf and are your damn parents even home? Yeah, my Mom wants them to move and we are going to bitch about everything now ( held off earlier due to NOT wanting to cause friction or have them retaliate somehow).
Tracking my macros ( esp net carbs is a bitch and taking it out of the equation now) for the past 2 days has been challenging from remembering how many servings to number of cheese slices,etc. I do however see my scale as becoming my new best friend hehe. My numbers are pretty good ( weight down 2 lbs to 131, body fat at 22%, muscle mass at 45%, FFM was 35%, dk what I got that was -0.6 or what my water measured but will re weigh myself Sunday. I think oBob does not like the keto changes but I am thinking of only doing it 3-4 days/ week and like being mindful of sugars, candy bars, chips, donuts and think ppl go overboard by having these things daily, and like the healthy AND tasty alternatives to baking/snacks that keto brings. I am disappointed in my Keto journal by Apollo Journals due to no bullet points or typed out things on the pages. I mean it's lined pages but that's IT! I can get creative but wanted more of a structured format, ie cardio, reps, leg day was this, this and this, breakfast was x calories, carbs, fat, sugar,etc and macros accumulated for today's totals. I might get either a dedicated workout journal ( and from a seller w/ inside pics and reviews) or a better equipped food/ nutrition journal once my 2-3 months is up. I hope R has a better time than I 1st started.
I need to figure out how to get more fat n protein w/o going over on calories some days but today's errand soon to BK will put yesterday's deficit into a surplus for today. I found a good plank variation challenge since my 2 apps ended up not being what I wanted and this weekend I am hoping to get in a Darebee workout finally.
