Welp, I suppose it's time for my monthly update.

rl update, omfg, paper writing, embarrassed, packing, classes, school, ta-ing, r&r, birthday, ugh, tired, stressing, grading, work, random, exams, squee, fail, omfg busy, research, traveling, travel, experiments, guh, dissertation

The talks so far this morning have been ok. Nothing too spectacular. I'm currently trying to decide whether to go back to bed for a while after the second half of the morning session or try to do some touristy things.

Both sound appealing, but I'm pretty damned tired.

Well, this is it. Tomorrow afternoon I fly north. It's going to be one hell of a shock to my system, that's for sure. From highs in the low-to-mid 80s down to highs that barely hit the mid-30s. Brr ( Read more... )

So far today, I've woken up twice. Once at 0630 to drive to campus with Sarah and then bring the car back so I could go drop Scott off. After that I went back to sleep for an hour or so, cause I was freakin tired. Woke up again at 0830, drove Scott to the bus station, and came back here ( Read more... )
