Having recently gone on, at length, about how much I'd love to see Neil Patrick Harris play Seymour (Little Shop of Horrors) with Nathan Fillion as Oren Scrizello (DDS), I have decided to list the other improbable-but-I-want-them media concepts currently on my personal chart.

Brimstone lasting long enough to have come to its logical conclusion.

The 1988 film version of The Dark Knight Returns with Clint Eastwood as Bruce Wayne.

Alan Moore's Twilight of the Superheroes.

The rest of the Gormenghast books we would have had if Mervyn Peake had lived to a ripe old healthy age.

Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash as a movie rather than a comic.

Film versions of all the post-Gorky Park Arkady Renko novels made with the same people cast as the overlapping characters, at about the time the books came out.

Watchmen with John Cusack as Nite Owl, Jude Law as Ozymandias, and Ron Perlman as the Comedian.
