Writing note -- Lycanthropy.

While I don't have the exact word count (thus making this not a word count entry), last night I added something on the order of two thousand words to Lycanthropy and Other Personal Issues, the continuing story of Clady Porter and her efforts to survive high school, puberty, cross-country relocation, and oh, yeah, the serial killing were-bear who's out to make her victim number four. All while not becoming the freak of her new high school, alienating the boy she maybe-kinda has a crush on, or getting outed as a were-coyote. To say that this isn't proving to be easy, well...

That's understating things a bit.

For all that I adore Clady and her world, she always seems to get the short end of the stick; Newsflesh feels more serious, and I have a lot more invested in Toby. But since it's fall -- coyote-time -- I'm trying to give her a little more love. Besides, I know how I work; if I can acquire sufficient momentum, she and I will just plummet down the hill together, falling like stars until the bottom comes into view.

Hey, Clady?

I missed you.
