First auction done, all hail! Also, discount CD.

Aug 29, 2007 08:32

I have successfully closed my first art auction! EVERYBODY DANCE! Of the five pieces listed, four of them sold, for a total of $38.00. (I need to make somewhere around $150 to really off-set plane fares; this is a reasonable start, especially given that I have a lot more stuff to offer up, in various forums.) I'm going to be re-listing the one ( Read more... )

Hiya,

I'm sorry to bring this to your LJ, but I've tried e-mailing you via the site, and to e-mail the webmaster, and an e-mail direct to the chap that sent out the Stars fall home CD. 'm one of the early pre-orders, mine was shipped over 8 weeks ago and still hasn't arrived...

I'm beginning to get a little worried for it....

I've sent your emails straight to the fellow who does the mailing, and I'll refer this message to him just as soon as he logs on (he hasn't shown up yet today). I don't remember where you are, exactly, in terms of country -- if you're anywhere outside the US, that's going to have an impact. Beyond that, I'll consult with him, and if we need to send out another CD, I guess we'll have to. (I'm very leery to do that for an order outside the US, because parts of Europe are just beginning to get theirs. It sucks.)

You should hear something from him today.

Thanks so much - sorry to have dumped it on your LJ but obviously I was starting to worry that the e-mails were disappearing :)

And yeah, I'm in the UK...

Hey, webmaster and guy-who-did-the-mailing here. I'm sorry I haven't gotten an answer back to you in email; I've been severely mentally crunched by work even when not in the office the last month and a half or so, and I'm only now managing to properly catch up on things, but even that's going slower than wanted. I'll see what I can do to get through the rest of my back email tonight, however, which should hopefully let me catch your note properly. Sorry again for the delay, truly.

I'd love the PLDG copy -- I pull everything out of jewel cases anyway and put them in my nifty home made wall holder, so that's just ducky for me. Can I paypal you the money?

Absolutely! PayPal $6.50 to delirium at xocolatl dot com, and if you could send an email with shipping info to that same email address, that would be awesome. I'll try to get that in the mail this weekend, when I'm doing ye olde mass art mailing.

Blast! Missed it.

Reminded I need to order my backup SFH, however...

Did you actually need a backup PLDG? Because I just found another one (sometimes I am SUCH a brain-trust) -- Lilly shoved it over, it got a little crunched. Disk is fine, case is crushinated, and you can have it for $6.50 ($5 plus postage).

I've been largely AFK due to children and life and missed the first auction. My LJ-reading these days is spotty, to say the least. Did you sell the Corbin? If not, can I buy it, please?

I did not! And I'm happy to sell it in thy direction.

I'm cleaning out my art collection, for the sake of having shelves again someday and being able to buy tickets to OVFF. Did you just want the Corbin, or did you want the list of Characters What Are Yours Whose Associated Art I Am Willing To Sell?

I'd like the list, please. :> Dunno how much of it I can afford to buy, what with the lagtime between Old Job and New Job, but... yes, list, please.
