HORSE!
OMG. I'm playing my single, solitary video game, Neverwinter Nights. And I'm playing my first ever Paladin. I never bothered with them before, I don't know why.
Well, I am regretting that now! After a recent update, a new skill popped up on all my characters: "ride". Well, I've always thought it was one of those "attached to the expansion packs" skill, and never thought much about it.
Well! I suddenly looked at my Paladin skills, after a level up, and lo and behold, I have a "summon mount" skill! I do it-- and I HAVE A HORSE. A FREAKING HORSE. OMG THIS IS SO COOL. I am going to be playing paladin a lot more often if it means I get a HORSE OMG =D
Have more offers out. Ended up in "contingent" spot, the back-up offer, on that loft condo, because we didn't get our offer in fast enough :P But a new condo came up in that complex, and the listing agent works in my agent's office, so we have an inside track. The only potential problem is whether or not I can afford it :P The listing price is lowlowlow, but it's a two-bedroom, two-bathroom (end unit omg, the master bedroom has ROUND WINDOWS YOU GUYZ, and will be my office =D ), and we think they're gonna counter back with more money than I can afford on it >.> We'll see....
Also have an offer on a short sale in Simi Valley, the city I live in now. Much older than the other complex, but still the first complex I looked at (and apparently I lived in this floorplan when I was, like, one! and fell down the stairs! XD ), and a floorplan I like. As of Friday I was the only offer there, and if nothing comes in over the weekend, I'll be the one going to the seller to sign and send to the bank... now if only the bank accepts it without countering with a gazillion more dollars I can't afford :P I hate not making any money v.v
Condo-hunting is tiring!
So are fireworks. My one cat is doing okay... my other cat is under the bed >.> And the dog, I can hear, is running around the house frantically. Stupid fireworks.
