Can't sleep. Been up all night. It's not the heat. Don't know. Probably too much tea yesterday. That and back pain. No tylenol. :(

Well - the son and I went to the store awhile ago. I decided to chance it. Big mistake.
We made it down to Kroger ( a few blocks away-a 15 minute walk one way-unless your carrying heavy bags)- anyway.....
