Well I finally giving bankruptcy serious thought. I wouldn't even consider it before but lately, I don't know. So I had to make a bleepin' doctors appointment today. It's for next Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. which means I'll have to leave work at 2:30 in order to get there on time. That's 3 hours of work I'll miss. Well this is getting rediculous (sp?). It's been almost a week now and we still don't have power. At least not in my neighborhood. A street or two away they have power. In some places there's power on one side but not on the other side of the street. Or on half of a block has power but you walk to the other end and no power ( Read more... )

Man! I just paid a bunch of bills- 2 which were late. Now I have just a little more than $100 in my checking. I still have about $100 in the savings but I'm trying real hard not to touch that and hoping someday to start building it back up. Ha! So- called the hospital and also the medical specialist to find out what I can do about these blankety blank bills. Apparently I can't do any volunteer work or anything like that to pay them off.
