On my last vacation day I'm not planning for anything.
However, I feel ready to tackle:
Before Marisa wakes:
* breakfast.
* dishes.
* upload photos I took this week.
* scan The Sea Hawk photos.
* research The Sea Hawk through trade magazines.
After Marisa awakes:
* storing more magic lantern slides in box 15 (a new empty box).
* vacuuming.
* planting seeds and bulbs.
* removing the dead evergreen tree I tried to transplant this year.
* transplanting the seedling from Marvin's Garden in its place.
* picking up catalpa leaves.
* weeding and seeding in back yard.
* cutting blackberry branches in alley.
* transferring dirt from Byron Hill 2 to the alley berm.
All my online and computer activity is finished. No more research (I do need to access Polk's City Directory for 1910 or 1911 to find a Mr. Hoyt who worked at Columbia Fish Company).
I feel rested and my eyesight is good, despite being startled this morning causing pain in the left eye (I slept it off).
Of course I have two more days, which should be better weather.
* buy glass pane.
* install glass pane.
* cut back grass.
* remove more blackberry (even if I can't put in a container this week, I will stack and collect each week).
