Vaccine availability in Oregon is now wide open. Every website and email agrees--I am now eligible. The problem: I would have to drive to Eugene to get an appointment through Kaiser Permanente.
This is likely because the sudden opening of eligibility has swamped vaccine providers with requests.
So, I will wait.

Meanwhile, LBT has three wheelbarrow loads of bricks now and I moved partial HIDDEN bricks to the HIDDEN stock pile. The tetherball court area looks much better, but I have a few more loads to go. I did the moving after 6 p.m. yesterday.

We watched the first part of a two part movie about former FBI Director James Comey based on his own book. Of course, it is his spin on the whole thing, which shows him making decisions which are apolitical and reluctantly making public statements, while others would say his moves were calculated to favor Republicans and that he enjoyed grandstanding. So it is all political theater and has to be taken for entertainment value only. As such it is well done.
I am looking forward to part two which depicts the former president in his mob boss persona to the hilt.

We will get a 55 inch tv which is actually 44-48 inches horizontally. Freddies has Vizio and Samsung. Vizio is noticeably worse than Samsung. Then we are left to consider the differences on Samsung 55 inch screens. I believe going for the QLED is a mistake because you don't really see the difference and generally won't on a 55 inch screen. Even the high definition is probably not helpful. Curved screens seem problematic on a 55 inch screen especially (very narrow sweet spot).
There are other manufacturers: LG and Sony amongst them. For those we would have to go to WorstBuy. I am fine with Freddies and Samsung.
