Icecream in Winter

Icecream on a cool, Winter's night sounds incongruous but tastes delicious. Especially if you let it melt a little so it can slide over your tongue and get caught on your lips as you remove the spoon from your mouth. Double chocolate of fine quality. Mmmm. Well, here I am in Texas. I've been in the USA for a month now. It's Jan 10 here and I got here on Dec 10 so that makes a month. It's gone by fast. I feel like I don't have that long left to be here, and I'm not sure how I feel about that. I really don't want to leave Kari, but I really miss home.
