Basically, it seems that in Western Australia, there is Aboriginal rock art that is older than the pyramids, older than Stonehenge and older than Angkor Wat. I was reading an article on www.news.com.au today. It was sort of a commemorative article about the Hungarian uprising of 1956. I don't know much about it, so I thought it would be interesting.

However, when I got to a certain part, I was appalled. (Italics are mine).

I was emailed this by an online activist organisation I receive updates from. I had no idea that Australia emits the most planet-changing greenhouse gases of any industrialised nation (is that per capita, or overall? I hope not overall! We only have 20 million people, for goodness sake!).
