Where am I?
OK - I'm in Barcelona and I should have been in Madrid. My itinerary changed when I was in the taxi on the way to the airport! I hastily rearranged flights, touched down an hour a go (two hours late) and received a text message to tell me in which hotel I'd be staying tonight!
At least they fly me Business Class - so I was able to kill the two hours at Heathrow drinking champagne in the Executive Lounge. They used to fly us Standard Class but they wasted so much money due to their poor planning (hence canceled flights) that it actually pays them to fly us fully-flexible Business.
So I missed lunch and got a bit pissed instead. Luckily, Spain never seems to sleep - so even though it's 10pm here, I've plenty of time to find food (and more drink!).
