Buzzin' Place
I've always loved cities like Barcelona - you can walk down the street at 11pm, all the bars are open and there are loads of people about. There are even quite a few girls on their own like me, so I feel perfectly safe.
I've just been for a stroll to work out where I am - and the office I'm visiting tomorrow is only about half a mile away. I don't have to be there until 10:30 and there are loads of cool clothes shops en route, so it could be an impromptu shopping opportunity.
I went out tonight in clothes I've bought on previous trips to Spain. With my hair down (unlike the tourists) I think I blend in reasonably well - until I open my mouth. I had a couple of beers and some tapas in a bar and now I'm back in my room.
Traveling always makes me tired, even though I spend most of my time on my bum! So it may be an earlier night - well it is 12pm here and I've got clothes to buy in the morning!
