I don't think anyone's expecting this to seriously impact the release of WATCHMEN. There will be some kind of settlement, either a payoff to Fox or a cut of the profits. Who knows, maybe Fox will distribute?

But since I can't I settled for filing for my piece of Settlement Pie.
