Based on the 45 minute call I just had with Travelocity, the difference between an associate and a manager is that it will take the associate 35 minutes to realize he can't find a solution and will have to get back to me later, for the manager it only takes 10 minutes.

A Senior Admin position has opened up in my office (the previous person was promoted). If anyone is interested let me know and I'll email you the job decsription.

Has anyone ever heard of or had experience with 3StepShare? So far I can't get their product to work at all, let alone as promised. And the fact that their tech support is via email only with a 20-90 minute wait for a response, well it's more than a little frustrating.

It's been more than three months, and I still giggle everytime I throw away a hard copy draft after making the updates on the computer. I no longer have to save every paper copy she writes on as proof that 'no really you already tried it that way and didn't like it'.

How refreshing!
