We've threaded around but most CR never seems to stick. :( Deneb offered to be Kouichi's friend though-!

Deneb thinks Chitose is a really kind man, with such an amazing costume collection. He honestly wants to be good friends with him, because he feels no malice and only 100% sunshine coming from Chitose, and that meshes well with his own disposition. Basically, he'd be happy to wear cutesy costumes with Chitose forever and talk over a glass of lemonade. (How wholesome!)
