in Dutch, 'happy' and 'lucky' are one word. So if you say: "ik ben gelukkig" you are saying "I am happy" and "I am lucky" ...though if you really wanted to say just that you're lucky, and not say anything about happiness, you could say "Ik heb geluk" (i have luck).
