I had been planning to go to a Quaker meeting yesterday (this past Sunday), but got distracted writing emails, and when I got to her house she had already left. I still find some surprises and "interesting revelations";) just things I'd forgotten. ...and since i don't really have anything to say about life at the moment, I think I'll just share (some of) what I wrote back then. I was wondering: Since when have people been eating 3 meals a day? Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Why not 6 smaller "meals" for example? Why meals at all? Not that I think it would be better to do it differently. I like the 3 meals thing. Because I'm used to it. And everyone does it. It works for us. it fits in our schedules and the way we live.
