I did it. I finally finished my friggin' Xmas shopping today. It took 1.5 hours at the mall but I did it. I was amazed how busy the mall was for 6 PM on a week night. I had intended to go earlier but sleeping until 3 PM prevented me from doing so ( Read more... )

Aah. Knocking things off one's Christmas list offers a lovely sense of accomplishment. My dad is nearly done, as are jpaventi and his wife (they may be done by close of business today). Aah...the first day of vacation. I was awake around 9 but stayed in bed until 11:30 or so. I made a delectable breakfast of frozen waffles (mmm) then decided I'd venture out.
