[... Well; this is a weird thing to run into when you're taking your Pokemon out for a walk.

He's just gonna shoot a look over to his Alakazam before going over to inspect the poor kid, tapping his shoulder a bit.]

[ Tavros has a tough time responding with anything past a little hoarse semi-grunt, head lolling to one side. his Tauros bristles defensively, though, whipping that three-pronged tail around a few times in a warning sort of way. ]

[He waves his hand nonchalantly at the Tauros, but gives the bull a nonhostile look, before turning to his Alakazam.]

Tell him to cool it, will you? I don't wanna get hurt trying to help his trainer out.

[And his attention's back to the former troll --]

Bro, c'mon; I don't want to have to carry you to the Pokemon Center.

[ okay, he's coming around. his eyes flick open, sliding in and out of focus as he tries to train them on Soul--on anything, really. it's a struggle that maintains a lot of his attention for a good few moments. ]

Dunno, dude. I found you like this.

[Soul holds a hand out for the other to take to help him up. ... No one's really told him about Tavros, unfortunately. :I]

C'mon; I'll help you to the Center if you need it.
You might wanna go anyway; passing out for no reason like that's a kinda weird sign.

[ yeah, he just kind of stares intensely at that offered hand, spacing out. he's so tired, what's going on, oh, he's saying words. what is he saying? something about help, something about... oh... okay, he's supposed to be moving. slowly, he shakes his head. ]

I, uhh, thanks, but I can't really get up, or do other things that require legs that work...

[ ... Oh. Yeah, he pauses at that, before shrugging.]

Guess I'll carry you, then. Your Pokemon looks pretty tired, too; so having him carry you there'd be a kinda bad idea.

[ just. shakes his head again. it is too much for him to even follow words being said, so he doesn't know what he's not minding exactly, but it probably has something to do with helping him move, and there is nothing he minds about that. he does turn to look at Rufio, though, putting a hand on his side. ]

Oh no, poor Rufio.

... Put'im back in his Pokeball; the nurses should be able to take care of him just fine.

Once you've got'im settled, I'll help you to the Center.

[And he can use this time to figure out how, of course. 8|a Offering a piggyback seems the most obvious, but that'd require a bit of legwork. Maybe just... carrying the kid bridal style or over his shoulder or something...]

[ just throw him around like a sack of potatoes, he's about as useful as one. 8( also, he fumbles around for more time than he really ought to until he locates Rufio's Pokeball, then points it at him, drawing him back in.
