Smiles...Looks like I already got a response from the old man. He says it's fine if I bring you to see the fire-spitter...He'll try to make sure he's eaten something before the visit, so he doesn't end up quite as irritable as he normally would be otherwise....Still can't promise a decent conversation out of him, though...
Oi, boss...? I had a talk with the romantic about something that should interest you and I think it would help out Mineko greatly...It'd involve her going to Osaka, but she'd be on a quicker and much more proper and safer path to recovery. We can talk about it more in detail when you get the chance......And before you even think of it, I'll go ahead and say that "no" is not an answer that I'll accept.

....In other news, Rin and Yuujirou got their asses handed to them yesterday~~♥ But it was all in good fun...I'd been waiting a long time to get the chance to play against Rin in the tournaments, and I'm glad that I was finally able to~~ Though while I might have won, it was by a small margin and ended up being an incredibly difficult match...We still know how one another plays too well to pull any kind of surprises that weren't already expected...And in all honesty, I still think he is the better player of us both. I get the feeling it was simply luck that allowed me to beat him this time...But chances are I won't be so lucky next time...Even so, it just makes me all the more eager for another battle. You could call it that Okinawan fighting spirit~~ Hmm...Perhaps we'll get another chance at Nationals...
Ah~~ And it looks like it's time for Obon again....The spirits are starting to get restless and playful around here. I always love watching it~~ It's one of my favorite times of the year and I find comfort in knowing that at least at this time, everyone else believes in spirits also and celebrates their passing to the realm of the dead....If only they all knew just how much the spirits celebrate with them...So many people don't even realize that they are among us and dancing with us throughout Obon...
...That reminds me. Ne, Ojiji...If you haven't already, let your little zashiki-warashi girlfriend go play with the others...She's not a wandering type of spirit, so she won't join the ones who will be making the trip to the underworld so you don't have to worry about her abandoning you~~ But her kind still take part in the celebration and it'll mean the difference between her being happy or throwing a fit and your luck being affected along the way...
