Who: Aigis. [OPEN]
What: Aigis arrives and is verily confused.
Where: The train station.
When: Just before the Dark Hour.
It had been a short while since Aigis had stepped off the train, and yet she had not found anything that was of use to her. This place was not registered in her systems, even with her newly updated maps and area recognition. In all rights, this place that she had found herself in should not exist -- and she should certainly not be trapped in it.
So, also failing to contact Fuuka, she had stayed at the train station to await orders or contact; should none come, she would attempt to make her way through or around the large, impossible ball of water swirling before her, investigate the area that could be seen on a higher plane of land, where there were clearly houses. She felt that awful pang of uselessness, as she had just before she had opened the door to the S.E.E.S dormitory to rejoin with her friends, just before she had suddenly found herself stepping out onto the floating island--
Aigis pushed it aside for now. She had more important duties to focus on.
... For example, protecting Ryoji, which she could not do if he was not here.
"This area is illogical," she said, more to herself than anything; however, it was said with the faint thought that perhaps she could be heard, and could not hear -- or perhaps it would gather any nearby living beings. "It is not recorded in my systems, and," she looked at the huge, invisibly-contained lake, "should be impossible considering established laws of physics. Please explain."
And with no other option, she waited, hands poised at her sides should she need to attack.
