the new time clocks are kinda cool
but kinda weird
they force us to have 30-minute lunches
it won't let us punch back in until we hit 30 minutes, zero seconds
crazy
but now we get paid to the minute
so i get my money when i work until 7 after

new carts in our store

but they took away our little bag hooks on the side of the cart

those were pretty much the greatest cart feature ever
we're not happy
guests aren't happy

kinda ridiculous
i'd rather they just use the money to give me a raise
today i got trained in a new department
(there really aren't that many left...)
i'm all over photo lab
hott shitt
i was scheduled to work 4 hours cashiering today
i worked 9 in photo :-)
i spent most of the day cutting film and packaging
but then when it slowed down (it was insane... hence my spontaneous training)
i learned how to process the film, preview the photos, retouch premium pics and even change the photo paper
i totally rock the black bag
it was pretty cool
and since i was a good girl, i decided to come home and primp
manicure, pedicure
and i think i'll do a facial and hair masque
mmhmm
i thought i would be absolutely exhausted by now
instead of going to bed early like a good little girl who had to work at 9:30 am, i stayed up 'til all hours of the night talking to the boy
we hadn't talked much lately
so we had to fix that
it was good
and friends come before sleep anyway
two shots of espresso didn't really get me going for cashiering
but crazy photo lab woke me up for the rest of the day
i'm not working tomorrow
so i'll sleep
and all will be well
i hope all is well with my becca
i hope they gave you good drugs
and you feel alive and well soon
i hope i can talk to you sometime soon
melissa better have had at least some fun on her birthday
even though she was working
i love the random euphamisms on three's company
if it weren't for the sex jokes, the show would be pretty lame
