server migration

I've finally migrated everything for my vanity domain, idempot.net, over to my own server. That includes a mail archive going back 5 years, which was the funnest part. I had to convert all the messages from not-completely-standard mbox to Maildir++, and I used perfect_maildir.pl for the bulk of the work. Unfortunately, there were plenty of lines in the various mailboxes that had 'From ' lines that did not indicate the start of a new message, and I had to manually find them and insert '>' at the beginning so that perfect_maildir wouldn't create new messages (it does strip the '>' where appropriate, so that mbox hack doesn't pollute your messages after conversion).

I've been steadily (and successfully) getting mail for a few hours now; I'm not certain everything is hunky-dory, but at least the basics seem fine.
