Karen's Haircut Chapter 8-12
Sorry haven't snarked in awhile, but I do have a life other than this. JK, I love you guys.
Chapter 8
The ugly bunny Karen finally lasts until Tuesday and is a little mad because Andrew is coming. Apparently she wanted to go and pretend she didn't have a younger brother. That she was a grown-up. WOW. She such an annoying brat. Any who, she hope Gloriana will be beautiful. For all we know Gloriana will look like this:
She's pretty attractive, am I right?
So she walks in and gets mad 'cause she wants Gloriana to give her the manicure and the haircut. But nooo... Sally gives her a manicure and Gloriana does the scary haircut. Mommy leaves with Andrew to take a walk during her haircut and Karen decides she hates Gloriana's hair. Well, in a few more minutes, your gonna hate your hair. Apparently Gloriana's hair is half brown, half gray and ugly. Gloriana starts cutting her hair and it starts getting too short, but she afraid to tell her. Wow. If I were you I would be yelling at her "MY HAIR IS TOO SHORT!" Stand up for yourself, already! I know for a FACT this book was made after the women's movement. Then Mommy comes back with Andrew and just stares at her hair.
Chapter 9
Karen has the worst haircut in the world and Gloriana claims she's fashionable. Karen cries and wakes up the next morning scared bout what the kids will say and when she gets to school and Ricky makes fun of her so she calls him an owl. All the boys make fun of him. Teehee. Thats what you GET. Then Hannie sees her haircut and says she can't be in her wedding. O-M-G. HAHA. Now your really an ugly duckling.
Chapter 10
Karen changes her name to Tiffanie to be more glamorous but no one remembers to call her that. Haha.
Chapter 11
She paints her nails sparkly gold but Hannie refuses to have her in her wedding. Your life so far sucks.
Chapter 12
No one remembers to call her Tiffanie in school except for Ricky who is now scared of her. Girl Power!
